Gentleman was certainly eager to help…
Gentleman was certainly eager to help me get a policy with a lower premium; however, I was disappointed that he advised me at the last minute that there would be an additional $25.00 amount added to the first paid premium. He spoke so fast that I did not find out why there was a $25.00 one time fee added. I don't recall having paid an extra fee before.

agent submitted two apps
agent submitted two apps. had to cancel one and enter one. as result I got a policy with good documentation and unfortunatel a letter saying I had been canceled headwuarters messed up. everything else was fine. good agent

Agent was very good at telling me about…
Agent was very good at telling me about the Medicare plans that were available in my state and he was looking out for me to give me the best plan which would meet my needs. He was also was kind and patience with me.
