I contacted AMERICO to speak with an Agent. Aaron Howard called me back promptly and explained several plans to me. He was very thorough and made it easy to understand what the policies contained and how they worked. My policy doesn't begin until Jan. 1, 2022, but up to this point, I am happy with the ease in signing up and the professionalism of your agent, Mr. Howard.

My last call was to cancel my Medicare Gap plan. I'm going with a local Advantage plan. The person I spoke to was very polite, efficient, and helpful. When I signed up for the Gap plan 17 months ago, the person that helped me with my needs was very knowledgeable, efficient, polite, and helpful. He answered all my questions and helped me pick the right plan for the time. I would recommend them for any Insurance issues.
