They made me a logo almost 2 years ago and regularly call me from multiple numbers to see if I want a website. Each time they lay people off those people take their customer's info and then they also call posing as AWM or saying AWM changed names. Never ending harassment. Wish I never worked with these people. Update, I get a call from AWM about my review. He tells me they won't call me anymore (I've heard that before). He tried to deny that past employees took my info from their database and were calling me despite someone from AWM telling me this is what was happening over a year ago. I told him to just leave me alone because I know the calls wont stop. I hang up and this guy calls me back 3 TIMES IN A ROW after me telling him to stop calling and harassing me. Ignorant, rude, no social que recognition having clowns work here.

First off, paid for their services and the website was never completed/fixed. Can't contact anyone. Also dealing with copyright infrigement issue. Don't trust with your business. They will take your money and leave you out to hang.

I paid them to create my website and it doesn't even come up online. I tried calling and emailing them and no response. I wouldn't use this company if I were you.

I had a great experience! Communication was GREAT, They followed through with everything that was asked of them . Then during the project the person I was working with had to take a leave or something and everything fell all apart!! That was a very frustrating process, a waste of my money! Very dissatisfied!

UPDATE OCTOBER 22, 2026 - AFTER RECEIVING A THREAT NOTICE FROM TRUST PILOT, TO EDIT OR REMOVE OUR TRUTHFUL POSTING, OR THEY WILL REMOVE IT, WE AGAIN MADE CONTACT WITH THIS FRADULENT CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE. WE CALLED THE NUMBER THREE TIMES EARLIER TODAY - WE MADE SURE IT WAS A TIME THAT IF ANYONE ANSWERED IN INDIA OR PAKISTAN, THAT IT WOULD BE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT. ON THE THIRD ATTEMPT, A MAN - WITH A VERY HEAVY INDIAN ACCENT - ANSWERED. HE DIDN'T SAY HELLO OR ANYTHING ABOUT THE FAKE COMPANY AND IT APPEARED AS THOUGH WE WOKE HIM. WHEN ASKED ABOUT THE LOCATION THEY CLAIM ON THEIR WEBSITE, HE COULDN'T PROVIDE AN ADDRESS. WHEN TOLD THAT THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED ON THEIR WEBSITE, A 213 AREA CODE, WAS A LOS ANGELES AREA CODE, HE LIED ABOUT THE REASON WHY. WE HAVE AGAIN CONFIRMED THAT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT EXIST IN SACRAMENTO CALIFORNIA WHERE THEY CLAIM, NOR ANYWHERE ELSE IN CALIFORNIA, NOR ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE U.S. IF YOU GO TO THE WEBSITE, IT IS ALSO FILLED WITH LIES. THAT WEBSITE WAS BUILT THIS YEAR OF 2026, AND YET CLAIMS THAT THEY HAVE COMPLETED 127 PROJECTS ACROSS 25 SECTORS. ALL COMPLETE LIES. BE ACAREFIL WITH ANYTHING HERE ON TRUST PILOT - THEY NEVER, EVER VET ANY OF THESE FAKE COMPANIES AND FURTHER HELP THEM TO COMMIT FRAUD AND TO STEAL FROM GOOD PEO0PLE. UPDATE - THIS FAKE COMPANY, HAVING NO LEGAL PRESENCE, LICENSE OR ANY OFFICE AS THEY FALSELY CLAIM, USING FAKE NAMES AND FORWARDED VOIP PHONE NUMBERS, ARE AGAIN ATTEMPTING TO FLAG TRUTHFUL REVIEWS OF THEM - TRUST PILOT NEVER INVESTIGATES ANY OF THESE FRAUDULENT COMPANIES, AS WE HAVE PROVEN THEY ARE NOT EVEN A LEGAL BUSINESS TO BEGIN WITH. I had a terrible experience with American Web Master. They promised to design a website for me and took my money upfront, but I never received any work from them. It's clear to me now that they are a scam. They not only failed to deliver on their promises but also left me without the website I paid for. I strongly advise against doing business with them, as they have proven to be untrustworthy and have taken my money without providing the services they advertised.
