AWM - Software Development Company (California, USA)Reviews of americanwebsmaster.com

Working with AWM has been an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish! As the owner of Keystone Jerusalem, a property management company where professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service are at the heart of everything we do, I had extremely high expectations for our new website. AWM didn’t just meet those expectations — they exceeded them in every possible way! What made this experience particularly special was working directly with Jacob, the CEO of AWM. It’s not every day that you encounter a CEO who is so personally invested in his clients’ success. Jacob demonstrated an extraordinary level of professionalism, dedication, patience, and genuine care throughout the entire process. He didn’t approach our project as just another website to deliver. He took the time to understand our business, our vision, our clientele, and the standards we wanted our brand to represent. His attention to detail, creativity, responsiveness, and commitment to excellence were truly remarkable. At every stage, it was clear that delivering an exceptional result wasn’t just a business obligation for him — it was a personal priority. The final website is beautiful, professional, elegant, and perfectly aligned with the image we wanted to create for Keystone Jerusalem. As a business owner myself, I have tremendous respect for leaders who don’t just talk about customer service but personally demonstrate what outstanding service looks like. Jacob leads by example, and that speaks volumes about the company he has built. What truly sets AWM apart is the combination of technical expertise, creative vision, personal attention, and a genuine commitment to seeing their clients succeed. I can confidently say that choosing AWM was one of the best decisions we made for our company’s online presence. To anyone considering working with AWM: You are not simply hiring a website development company. You are partnering with people who genuinely care about your business and its success. Five stars simply aren’t enough! A huge thank you to Jacob and the entire AWM team for turning our vision into reality. You have my highest recommendation, without hesitation! They made me a logo almost 2 years ago and regularly call me from multiple numbers to see if I want a website. Each time they lay people off those people take their customer's info and then they also call posing as AWM or saying AWM changed names. Never ending harassment. Wish I never worked with these people. Update, I get a call from AWM about my review. He tells me they won't call me anymore (I've heard that before). He tried to deny that past employees took my info from their database and were calling me despite someone from AWM telling me this is what was happening over a year ago. I told him to just leave me alone because I know the calls wont stop. I hang up and this guy calls me back 3 TIMES IN A ROW after me telling him to stop calling and harassing me. Ignorant, rude, no social que recognition having clowns work here.

First off, paid for their services and the website was never completed/fixed. Can't contact anyone. Also dealing with copyright infrigement issue. Don't trust with your business. They will take your money and leave you out to hang.

I paid them to create my website and it doesn't even come up online. I tried calling and emailing them and no response. I wouldn't use this company if I were you.

I had a great experience! Communication was GREAT, They followed through with everything that was asked of them . Then during the project the person I was working with had to take a leave or something and everything fell all apart!! That was a very frustrating process, a waste of my money! Very dissatisfied!

Harris did an outstanding job on my website. He combined creativity, technical expertise, and professionalism to deliver a site that looks amazing and functions perfectly. Highly recommend him for anyone seeking top-quality web design and development.

Hands down the best experience. I previously had some other company make Me a shoty website and American web masters paired me up with Mahnoor. She helped me build everything from the ground up.. logo, website, branding.. everything we operated as a team and she was quick to help me out with anything.. so glad I got paired up with you, your amazing and your work speaks for its self.
