The handle broke to my daughter's luggage. And I took it apart. It's made of plastic. The interior piece looks like it had previously broken and they tried to glue it or melt it back together. I say this because when the pieces are put together there's a ridge along the seam where they meet. Who assembles their luggage using previously broken parts? I'm extremely disappointed.

Don’t believe you have a 2 year warranty it’s a con . We bought a brand new set of 3 cases as a Christmas present for a special trip . They arrived packaged in the box that was in November 2024 . This week we unpackaged them ready to use and noticed one of the zips was not aligned properly . We took them straight back to the store located in Cheshire Oaks and were told the warranty doesn’t cover zips . The cases are less than a year old , have never been used and now we are unable to get a replacement as the design is no longer available so do not have a matching set . The store will not replace the set of 3 unused cases as the other 2 are not damaged . If you want a matching set of Disney cases for that special trip , you might as well buy a cheaper brand and buy new each time , because once one of your American Tourister cases is damaged your matching set is no more and you are left with odd cases from old collections .Bottom line if you want good customer service after you have spent hundreds of pounds on matching luggage . DO NOT GO TO THE SAMSONITE STORE IN CHESHIRE OAKS!!

Valisse toute neuve , utilisé 3 fois. Ticket de caisse à l'appuie Une roue qui ne roule pas et au lieu de pouvoir acheter la roue ou de la réparer simplement,on nous compliqué la vie avec une référence qui doit y être dans une carte a l'intérieur (jamais vu) Pourtant sur le ticket il y a bien la référence de la valise et la date mais c'est pas cette référence la,donc, pas d'accès au service après vente . Marre de produits bas de gamme , de produits de une qualité horrible surtout quand on paie cher,marre d'avoir personne quand on a un soucis Plus jamais cette marque

Kwaliteit valt tegen. Afmeting komt niet overeen met artikelomschrijving: 70x45 cm ipv gewenste 77x51cm. Een ritssluiting is niet te bewegen. Jammer.

Très déçue de cette marque. Valise offerte il y a 2 ans supposée résistante aux chocs. Lors d'un voyage en 2025, la coque est revenue enfoncée, irréparable. Message envoyé au SAV et au service client qui dit qu'il n'y a pas de défaut de matériau ou fabrication et de se retourner contre la compagnie aérienne. Donc pas si résistante que çà aux chocs. Au prix des valises je trouve çà déplorable.

They suck. Handle broke on one of their cases. I have been trying to get them to send me a handle. They continue to ask for the same information and pictures each time I contact them. They claim no handles are available. You can purchase this same case on line and the same handle is used on many different cases but they state they don't have any handles. How does that work. So simple, just give the customer what they need and they can fix it is thirty seconds. They would rather damage their reputation more as I can see that I am not the only one that had this same experience with American Tourister.

Très déçue ! J’ai dû envoyer 4 mails pour recevoir une simple étiquette de retour, que je n’ai toujours pas reçue à ce jour (plus de 15 jours). Résultat : je ne peux pas renvoyer l’article et donc pas être remboursée. Le service client est catastrophique, aucune réactivité ni solution apportée. Je déconseille fortement

Acheté une valise airconic que j’ai dû renvoyer aussitôt car le curseur s’est cassé lorsque j’ai fermé de la valise. Attente de plus de 4 mois pour en ravoir une. Deux voyages seulement et les fermetures/zip intérieure ET extérieure disfonctionnent + une fixation extérieure s’est cassée lors du second voyage. J’ai acheté une valise sur un marché 50euros qui a duré bien plus longtemps que celle-ci ! Très déçue.
