Excellent service to screen applicants to rent one of my apartments. I call in the prospective tenant's data and the report comes to me the same day. . Information includes credit status and any eviction history, if existing. I highly recommend their service. It certainly helps avoid any headaches by taking on a problem tenant.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with ATS for several years and have found the staff to be very helpful on all occasions. Extremely helpful in guiding me to areas which would better serve my client and make my job much easier to accomplish. I would recommend ATS to all who would be in need of the many services which they offer.

Hi Dominick, Thank you for your feedback. We're very sorry you were not happy with the report you received. We reviewed your account. we see one applicant that did not return a credit report. This may be because there is incorrect identifying information such as name, address, ss# or dob. If this occurs (regardless of the reason) we make a correction and rerun the reports at no additional charge. Please contact us so we can address the situation. Best regards, ATS

I have used ATS for many years and have always been more than satisfied, Recently they have increased the Criminal search and it does take quite a long time for results. I'm happy they do a thorough search. When I have an active prospective tenant, I want my results as quickly as possible. But I also want a thorough report. This can take quite a bit of time and I have to keep telling prospective tenants that it should be ready soon, but it still takes a long time. I don't want to lose a good tenant but I don't one who stars in the criminal report! The Customer Service Department is more than helpful and they help to get a faster response if they can. Always friendly and helpful and keep me updated. I am a small landlord but I love ATS for their thoroughness. Just need it a bit faster. If you choose ATS, you will not be disappointed.

Hildy, Thank you for your feedback! We will do our best to be quicker with any processes within our control. Please note: if the courts are delayed or closed (as is happening now with corona virus response) it will cause a delay. We wish we could avoid all delays and get the information to you as quickly as possible. Best regards, ATS
