Your policy of requiring an account to be able to order credit reports in one way, with a credit score or without a credit score. Many time a customer will come in with their own CS or not. I would like to be able to order CR with or without CS as needed.

I have used ATS for many years and have always been more than satisfied, Recently they have increased the Criminal search and it does take quite a long time for results. I'm happy they do a thorough search. When I have an active prospective tenant, I want my results as quickly as possible. But I also want a thorough report. This can take quite a bit of time and I have to keep telling prospective tenants that it should be ready soon, but it still takes a long time. I don't want to lose a good tenant but I don't one who stars in the criminal report! The Customer Service Department is more than helpful and they help to get a faster response if they can. Always friendly and helpful and keep me updated. I am a small landlord but I love ATS for their thoroughness. Just need it a bit faster. If you choose ATS, you will not be disappointed.

Sometimes I request a person and it doesn't show up on the screen so I wonder if I forgot to put it in. Then call and sure enough they have it but I can't view. Also, doesn't seem too in depth but for an additional charge they can take it further. We are finding they will go further with the background and not inform us that they did but it will show up as an extra fee on our bill.
