While we make every effort to ensure a quick turn around (typically within 48 hours), there are a number of factors which come into play. One factor is your state's requirements. Unfortunately, some states (such as yours) require a 30-day patient-provider relationship before an ESA letter for housing can be issued. This information is clearly stated on our website (including FAQ section) and through our customer support team. We apologize if you were unaware of your state's regulations, however, this is not something that we have any control over. We do not make the laws, but we do have to abide by them. Any ESA/PSA letter provider that you choose will have the same restrictions for residents of particular states (unless you have already been a patient with the provider for 30+ days). During the checkout process there are OPTIONAL add-on items (such as ID cards, vests, annual renewal, and a monthly training subscription). You do not have to choose these add-ons. As mentioned, they are optional. It appears that you requested the training subscription when placing your initial order. You called in to request a letter package refund and cancellation of the training on 8/4/26, which is a month after receipt of both items. We have issued you a refund in the amount of $34.99 for the one month of training. If you have further questions or concerns, please call our team directly at 877-201-2755 and ask for a manager.
