I was approved thank you however for…
I was approved thank you however for the price i shouldn't have to print my paperwork. It should be sent. I also ordered extra the id tag. Site showed one with and without a Pic. I chose the pic but when it went through for payment it never asked for a Pic. I called the # on your site and waited an absorbent amount of time then opted for the call back which still hasn't come. I must now try to figure out how to print this out by going to staples or the library with my health conditions is a huge issue for me. Not happy!!

Patience
Would have been 5 however one of the agents was rude short and not open to listen nor see if they could help. Yasmine was amazing and she is reason I decided to continue with company. Yasmine and the lady who answered my last call were amazing. Agents that other lady lacks customer service skills.

Getting qualified was the easy part
Getting qualified was the easy part. Waiting 30 days until you get your letter is the hard part. But they aren’t a scam. And I can’t wait to get my letter so I can bring my baby home.
