Concerns around I Train Academy
I appreciate the customer service. BUT. And this is a big "but." I trained my dog through their academy three years ago, and they have NO record of this, because their 'systems switched over.' This is deeply concerned about the significant investment of time and money we made. Yes, it's on me for not having that documentation saved -- and the company that certified us should still maintain records.

Thank you for reaching out with your concerns, Cathy! We understand your concerns and apologize for your frustration. The 'I Train Academy' is a self-guided, virtual training program. Our professional dog trainers provide the necessary video lessons for an individual to train their animal in an environment and on a time frame best suited to their individual needs. While we do issue a certification of completion when you have reached the end of the video program and make every effort to provide additional assistance in this area, the overall onus for ESA/PSA training is on the owner. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience and will push this matter to our management team for further evaluation! 🐾❤️
