We work directly with licensed healthcare providers to provide ESA/PSA services. It seems there may be some miscommunication! Have you checked your junk email folders for correspondences from ASP? Sometimes they end up there. Our customer care team is also more than happy to review the status of your order directly at 877-201-2755. Please give us a call during normal business hours! We also created a complaint ticket so that a member of management can look into your stated concerns regarding not receiving your product(s). 🐾❤️

As is clearly noted on our website and by our customer care team, there are laws in certain states which mandate a 30 day waiting period (after initial evaluation) before any licensed healthcare provider can issue an ESA/PSA letter. If you are a resident of one of these states, there is unfortunately nothing that can be done to expedite services. We wish we could, but we do not have control over state legislature!
