We had a wonderful experience working with Richard Hettish on our reverse mortgage. From the very beginning he was enthusiastic and yet professional. Richard was very informative on all matters, and took the time to explain everything to us in great detail. His followup calls were always prompt. We highly recommend American Senior Reverse Mortgage. Kudos to them for having a person like Richard on their staff. We were certainly impressed to say the Least. Robert , Linda & Maddy

Our mortgage loan originator, Neal Melton, is responsible for making our reverse mortgage process exceptional. His communication skills, his extreme knowledge of the intricacies of the loan and his patience in explaining the details to my husband and myself could not have been better. He guided us step by step. Our questions were many because we were totally inexperienced in this type of loan. No question of concern was ignored by Neal. We will recommend American Senior and of course Neal to many of our friends who are thinking about a reverse mortgage. American Senior is a very organized and efficient company and we are so glad that we opted to select it . Thank you to Neal Melton and the American Senior team! Sheri and Tony Wynn

a successful conclusion. The only thing that got me a bit stressed was ALL THE DOCS that I was asked to supply. Some of which I had to really search for. My rep, Neal always explained why each document was needed. He was quick to respond to my calls/and emails and was very knowledgeable about the business. I enjoyed working with him.

Richard was there every time I had questions, he explained the process step by step. My husband and I appreciate that he was very personal and professional. By the we finished with everything he had become a friend.

Mario stayed all way with me. From the beginning to the end. He answered all my questions and gave me help and answers and encouragement. He should get a reward are at least a pay increase. Having one person who knows how to help even though there is a team of people behind him. Makes for better experience. For the above reason I would recommend American Senior to anyone that wants a reverse mortgage.

The help from Mr Mario Gonzalez, he listen to me and gave me all the correct answer. If I know somebody looking for reverse mortgage, I'll recommend Mario Gonzalez at American Senior.

Professional, knowledgeable, respectful, patient and caring. Also extremely communicative. I was always informed along the way. I also know after researching more than 15 companies and selecting American Senior that it was the best choice. Even before I signed to get loan from them they were helpful but not calling too many times like a few companies just to sell the loan. Marco Martinez with Assist from Kaylea Van Vliet were all you would ask for in someone helping you to get a loan so you could stay in your house of many years. They did their job and went way beyond in helping me while I was stressing in a family crises. They showed they are good people who truly care. They were truthful with no surprises. I recommend people to work with them and American Senior. Stress free now because of their good and honest work.
