At 82 years old, the reverse mortgage process could have felt overwhelming, but Richard Hettich and his team at American Senior Mortgage made the experience much easier for me. Richard guided me through some very stressful situations while always remaining positive, patient, and supportive. His counselors were extremely helpful, and his assistant, Dawn, was always available to answer my questions and provide caring, dependable assistance. My experience with American Senior has been wonderful. David Hernandez has been extremely wonderful in helping through this process. I am not a cell phone or a computer person and if it wasn't for Mr. Hernandez being so patient and walking me through these things I would have never been able to complete my loan. Our experience with David Hernandez was excellent. David explained the entire process, of a reverse mortgage loan in detail. Any questions we had David would answer patiently and thoroughly. At no time did we feel pressured. Any time we felt the need to call back to review the process he was always accessible or would return our call quickly. He made the process easy, communicating often of appointments about different phases of the loan. If we could give David 10 stars we would!
