The Texas Parent Taught Driver Course
The Texas Parent Taught Driver Education course has a fatal flaw whereas if you mess up your security questions they force you to re-reregister and buy the corse all over again. Quite scammy. However Melan was kind and understanding and helped to reset the security questions so the course would not have to be re-purchased or to find a different a better course that doesn't try and force you to re-purchase. Thank you again Melan!

Hi Michael, thank you for sharing this in detail. We're sorry for the frustration around the security question reset requiring a full re-registration - we understand how that could feel discouraging. We're so glad Melan was able to step in and get things sorted without any extra cost to you, and we'll share your feedback about the process with our team.
