The interface is very clear and straightfoward, and the curriculum is well structured so that you can quantify progress. I liked the visual and interactive aids provided with all the information. Additionally there is an excellent help service with fast response. Im especially thankful to Jestine who was able to hear out my case swiftly and smoothly.

The experience was very good, the course and the questions were good and appropriate. My only problem was at the end of the test I was forced to go to a website to try for an automobile insurance. I had to call in to be able to get a copy of my certificate that I had paid for. Lots of props to Caryl she was very helpful to be able to get my certificate

Kie was extremely helpful when I found out I purchased the wrong course. He gave me redirection and verified that the courses were the right ones for future reference. He was able to issue my refund process and also was nice.
