Please do not waste your time or money with this company! They are a scam and sham! They will sell you a package and not deliver on goods sold! I paid 259.00$ for a package that included copyrights. Bogus! They do not tell you that it is only for an application fee! They want more money just to give you the run around some more! Do not and I repeat do not mess with these people! Big scam

I wish I could give zero stars. My company is/was going through a rebranding process and American Logo Designers popped up first on our Google search. Their prices are more expensive than Fivver (who we ended up using afterwards and received a much higher quality logo at a fraction of the cost in just a handful of days). We proceeded to use ALD and were assigned David as our logo designer. He came back after a week with a 2/10 logo. It was subpar and he only gave a few samples. It looked like a product of my child using a Paint program. We go back and forth, and I offered him full creativity and after TWO months and at least 50 correspondences, I gave up. The logo literally looked like an elementary school competition. I paid for the Platinum package and was expecting a 500-600 dollar logo. I called the office, expecting a refund; after all they do promote 100% satisfaction or money back guaranteed. After 11 phone calls that lasted between 8 minutes to 1.3 hours, I had no luck with getting a refund. The company outsources everything to Pakistan and neighboring countries. They gave me the rope around, and every Bob, George, Matt, Linda etc that I spoke with sounded foreign. They said a refund was impossible and that I had to use their services until it was complete. So they assign me their top designer... He ended up creating a new logo in 72 hours, and to my demise, it was not much better than the 1st. I called their office many times trying to get a refund. They continued to say they will create a new logo for me. Well... 2.5 months and useless and endless bickering with people who barely know English frustrated me. While they were trying to finish my logo, they tried to upsell me on website, business cards, t-shirts and more. Their prices were high, their delivery slow, and they cost my company thousands of marketing dollars because we haven't been able to properly rebrand. I was endlessly called and harassed. I'm a mild tempered individual, but I finally told them to "stop f*ing calling me and harassing me, I've told you NO 10000000000000x, so please shut up". I never received a call from them again. Or the final files of a logo, or any new logo designs. Finally, I called our bank, got a refund there (should have just started with that once I knew this was a scam). I am 100% convinced that many if not all of the 5 star reviews are fake. Horrible company, full of deceit.

Short version: AMERICAN LOGO DESIGNERS IS A SCAM. If you purchase any of the below logo packages, do not expect to receive your files unless you ALSO purchase a website from them or “ownership rights” (see below). They upsell you even after you say no multiple times, lie to you, and never deliver your files. Per their 100% Money Back and 100% Satisfaction Guarantees, we requested refunds multiple times and they repeatedly refused, dragging us into long ridiculous conversations. THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD using words like “American”, “integrity”, “100% Money Back Guarantee”, “100% Satisfaction Guarantee”, “Premier Google Partner”, and what I suspect are FAKE REVIEWS on trustpilot.com. Long version: 1. I purchased a logo package with 12 logo concepts, all files (.ai, .psd, .eps, .png, .jpg, .pdf, .tiff), business card design, and basic animated logo on Feb 20. 2. First logo concepts received on Feb 21. 3. Revision 1 received on Feb 25. 4. Semi-finished Revision 2 received on Feb 28. 5. I stated that I did not like any of the logos and, having noted the 100% Money Back Guarantee and the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, requested a refund on Feb 28. 6. On March 15, having received no response regarding my refund, I sent photos of logos I liked and requested that American Logo Designers (ALD) something similar in hopes I could still get what I was looking for since they refused to respond to my refund request. 7. On March 17, ALD sent updated concepts. 8. After requesting revisions, I received yet another POORLY completed concept on March 19. 9. Around this time, I also requested a refund via phone. ALD was quite rude and ultimately refused to refund. 10. After no resolution for several months, I suggested they create another logo for me, on behalf of a friend, in hopes I would finally get something satisfactory. After 3 more concepts, I gave up and decided I would work with what they created and just make changes myself. i.e. do the work I PAID for, myself. 11. Throughout this time, “Brandon” kept texting me to get me to purchase a website design. I had zero interest, but he kept pushing. 12. On Oct 14, Brandon finally gave up on selling the website design. 13. Brandon then went into some BS about getting verification from the “Verification Dept” to move forward with next steps. 14. Ultimately, Brandon came back saying I had to buy the Ownership and Copyright for anywhere from $499 - $1309, depending on the time-period to receive my files. When I refused, he came back stating that I need to pay $270 to get “life-time” ownership. 15. On Oct. 20, my husband called to request the files or a refund. They refused again. At this point, I have no choice except to post this review in as many places as possible, so others do not get DEFRAUDED. I have still NOT RECEIVED MY LOGO FILES OR REFUND.

Keep records of everything, and communicate through email only. it will save you a lot of time. These guys are junk, poor quality service, always trying to upsell you into spending more money. do not tell them anything about your business, or you will open a can of wallet sucking hell worms. When you hold them accountable for the poor quality they provide they become combative, especially after you ask for a refund due to being not 100% satisfied. The representative I had left the company and no one called me back. After reaching out to them they still refuse my refund and ask for more money for a much better service. This is bull. they use stock vector graphics for logo design. and they use WordPress for website design. All of which are tools the average person with a computer can use without trouble. 4X refund request and they still have not come through. I have turned them into my credit card company. It's best just to stay away and find some other service.

Today is 10/15/2020 STOP reporting my review American Logo Designers! I ONLY GAVE IT 1 STAR BECAUSE I COULDN’T LEAVE IT BLANK. WHEN I TELL YOU THE SCAM AND FRAUD PEOPLE THAT THIS COMPANY HAVE. I PAID FOR A LOGO FOR $139 and A WEBSITE FOR $250. WELL I CAN’T GET IN CONTACT WITH THE MANAGER. THE PERSON I WAS DEALING WITH IS ERIC MURPHY, JACK BROWN & DAVID BROWN. I ALSO FOUND SOMEONE ON FACEBOOK THAT’S HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. SHE WANTS HER MONEY BACK. SO TO ALL OF YOU OUT THERE DON’T BELIEVE THAT AMERICAN LOGO DESIGNER HAS 5 STARS. IT’S A SCAM, A FRAUD! AND MY NAME IS DARNELL BROWN AND I APPROVE THIS MESSAGE!

Worst, most unethical company ever. After we paid for our package, we were contacted by Jordan Chase who, initially, we were quite happy with. The logos he provided us with were awesome. Shortly after, he began an attempt to upsell us on services, basically stating that without a vector file (which would cost us about $340 MORE) our logos would be useless. However in our package, we had included ALL files, including the AI (which is in fact a vector). When we politely declined, he became really unprofessional and difficult to work with. He claimed he would not give us what we paid for. We continued to be patient because my husband really liked the logo and felt that we would have to get what we paid for because that's how it works, right? Jordan became increasingly difficult and would often play dumb like he didn't know what we were talking about. It would take several days to a week for him to give us the changes we asked for. And then after settling on the concept we liked, he became difficult about providing the files we paid for. Anyway, eventually after emailing him several times the copy of our actual invoice, he sent the files. However, we have yet to get our "copyright" paperwork... we have asked and have heard nothing back from him. On multiple occasions we have tried to speak with a supervisor and have been given a name and time they would contact us (which seems legit, right?) but they have never contacted us. At this point, we have not received all we have paid for. I don't know if the rudeness and unprofessional attitude is worth the trouble for a good logo. Especially since we paid for other things too. Use them at your own risk.

Hello,, Sharing my experience with this company as I think people should fully avoid this company for any design work. My issue is primarily around timing and the ownerships and “rights” of use of designs (although there are some concerns about the originality of the designs they make – I will put a foot note at the bottom) We asked American logo to create a Logo, stationary design, and social media banners and as such selected the appropriate package they offer ($200). Work started and we came to a semi final version of the logo, at which point I received a call from the project manager, he began right of the bat trying to up sell a website design service and would not take hints we are not interested, once we clearly declined stating we are not interested the tone completely shifted, the project manager began by stating we will not be the owners of the work and will only have limited “rights of use” the only way around this was to pay an additional $500 to have complete ownership and right of use. We went back and forth on this topic and what options we have in an increasingly combative conversation, they would not confirm what usage rights we actually would have of the logo and for what duration we would be able to use the logo, unless we paid the additional $500. The project manager asked multiple times for my credit card information over the phone, which I obviously declined to give. The called ended with the project manager stating that they will not release any final works until we pay the additional $500, they subsequently sent me a payment link via they project portal, (it was not an itemized invoice, just simply $500 amount). Needless to say we did not receive any final versions of the logo, we missed our deadlines and had to submit our business plans etc. without out a logo. Once I asked for a refund 2 days later they said I am not eligible, and they then sent a “final” version of the logo – which was an earlier version (not the revisions we agreed), they then closed the project. We also did not receive any stationary design, or social media banner (as per our package) – but now it really doesn’t matter as we missed our deadline anyway. The main point in all of this is they claim in the terms and condition that the client(you) will get full ownership of the designs, but this is not true unless you pay a minimum of $500 to get this ownership. What they give you is a limited “rights of use” for the designs (while they keep ownership), they give you no documentation on how long this lasts and what conditions. When I discussed with the project manager and asked “what if tomorrow you decide to no longer give me permission to use the logos and keep charging me to used it?” he audibly laughed and said ‘we won’t do that” – which basically means if your business is success and they want to further monetize the design, they can come to you and ask for more money, and you will be left with a choice to either pay or rebrand your business. Review the TC on their website, it clearly states you will be owner of the design, this is not the case... they will not give you this ownership unless you pay an additional $500. you actually only have limited rights to use the logo at their discretion, and there is no documentation just a payment link that doesn’t describe what your actually paying for. my recommendation would be to find a freelance designer through Fiverr and have a simple contract that states it’s a “commissioned work” and you are the owner of the work and you will not have to mess around with a company like American logo. Please also read the other negative reviews (I wish I had), the above behavior seems to be very common. I wonder how many people just pay because they feel they don’t have a choice. The solution is to avoid this company totally. Lastly, I mentioned their work not being original, as you might image this situation was frustrating so I investigated all aspects, I researched the logo “they created” and found 70-80% stock image versions of the logo they created on the 4th page on google image searches, they simply changed colors, a bit of the orientation and size…. I don’t know if they do this for everyone but it worth checking into if you’ve used American logo services.

I work with a guy name Jordan to do a logo for my business I literally showed them what it was I wanted and the color scheme after a few try’s he came back with one I decided on I told him for the $300 plus dollars I spent I’ll take that one. My next step was to get it trademarked they tried to charge me some ridiculous price for a lifetime registration I told them no I would do it myself they told me that I don’t own the logo and would have to pay for them to do the trademark for me because they have some type of deal with the trademark company I finally agreed to pay a additional $225 for them to file it for I finally got the certificate of registration back as a copyright not a trademark and low and behold I noticed under RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS is the name of the scammer Jordan Chase With the address 45333 Fremont Blvd Ste 5 Fremont, Ca 94538 I look this address up and I don’t see there store name they are SCAMMERS FRAUDS and will take your money if you not careful.
