American Logo DesignersReviews of americanlogodesigners.com

This company is a JOKE! They make many empty promises and never follow through. The logo was great, but that is it. They just keep trying to sell you more and more. When you try and get what they sold you, they stop answering emails, texts, and phone calls. They push and push to create a website. I checked with companies that they had produced and the companies did NOT recommend them. I am having to work with my credit card company for the work not completed or received.

Take your money and run should be the name of this company. I don’t know how many business names this group works because it’s a twisted mess. Buyer beware. They do not return calls or messages. My next stop State of California Dept of Justice.

Jason, apparently a Sr. Project Manager, called me with a tremendous attitude stating that I have 4 projects that are "uncompleted". That is what happens when a company takes your money and runs! Isn't it? Jason didn't know what services I contracted for and just said the company I contracted with "closed"! The funny thing is. When I first researched the services, I was led to American Logo Designers website which became Design Central Ltd which became Greenlake Designers! Jason became extremely angry when I told him all the names American Logo Designers go by online! Why get mad if it isn't true? So you tell me, who was I doing business with since you go by numerous business entities? Yet, when I need status updates on projects, no one answers or responds! When I told him that it's shady practice to portray yourself as multiple companies online, he got very nasty. I told him, you are just calling me now after 8 months saying you will "took-over" where Greenlake designers/Design Central Ltd left off yet you have no affiliation with them plus you have an attitude? hmmm... When I told Jason he has an attitude, he hung up the phone. That an example on how professional this company is! They hung up the phone on their customers! Do you really think a company who treats their customers like this is going to make good on my 4 uncompleted projects? Very doubtful! Ironically, Jason has the audacity to have an attitude, really? WOW! Stay away!

May 11, 2021 DON’T FALL FOR THE SCAM!!!! Worst experience I have ever had with a design company. If I could give them 'O' stars I would. The designers are in another country. These guys are liars and in cahoots with "Logo Vision' another lying company. Terrible design. Do not waste you time or money. They use so called designers in another country on the other side of the world. Caught them in that lie too. Elementary, first-grade crap. Me: I have a degree in Art and managed 6 graphic designers. I know what I speak of!!

After I agreed to consider an upscale design package (for $900.00), my representative Barney kept trying to sell me a $10K CRM website. It should be noted that I had never received and never did receive any logo designs from Barney or American Logo Designers. On the second or third day, he sent me a proposal for a CRM website (still no logo designs). On the 3 day he sent me a proposal for CRM website that cost $4000 up front and $6000 over three months. When I called to cancel the original order because they never sent me any designs, my rep Barney lept trying to argue with me about how much I needed this CRM website. When I mentioned to him that his company had used another company's logo design brief he denied it and tried to change the subject. Save yourself sometime and avoid this firm.

My experience with this people was awful never ever going to contact them again or I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Bunch of liars and scammers don't fall for it just want to take away your money and they do nothing about it. Charged us twice for same project and I was expecting a full refund of $1,425 but never received that despite they promised to do so. On the other hand, there is a desperate guy named Frank that works with this company that likes to take advantage of his position and uses the company's cellphone to start picking up on married women instead of doing his job. So BEWARE OUT THERE!! Due to this unexpected situation all my future plans went down this changed my entire life for once. Definitely deserved a 0 star rating

Was good for 6 months. When my attorney gives me the ok for details to be released I will update review.

Complete scam. I signed up and paid for a logo design and they never called. I called them and it sounded like an overseas call center in the background and I kept getting disconnected. I told them to refund my money before the process started and they they needed a reason. I told them I had a bad feeling about there company and they informed me they needed a better reason. They were extremely rude and told me a refund would not be issued. They did nothing for me and still have not refunded my money. I am currently disputing the charge.
