Below were my email communications with Jonathan H.(full name later) of AmericanLogoDesigners.Com about NOT GETTING LEADS (ZERO) for 4+ Months (as of 9/18/22) since he sold me SEO/PPC FOR $3,000+ that he promised and guaranteed. I giving Jon & American Logo Designers.com by end of Sept. to HONOR their Guaranteed Results. Then I'll finalize this Review by that date. (No response yet on several emails as of now) ------------ Jon, I think your Company & tech guys needs help from other tech guys, this SEO company (below link) brags in Facebook, whether their claims are True or Not, at least they have "balls" to brag publicly what they can do. It's 26 days before my $1.5 Million listing will be Cancelled. You guarantee that I'll be happy about the leads that you and your company will send me, that was last 2.5 months ago. But until now, NOT EVEN 1 LEAD. On your previous email, you even want me to wait till October 15th cancellation, to send me lead/s. Why do I have to wait days before my $1.5 Million listing to be cancelled??? Will you Guarantee that any of these last-minute lead/s that you'll send will buy my Listing? If you can't, your SEO/PPC should have been sending me lead/s and I should have been communicating with some lead/s already to find the 'actual buyer/s' MONTHS before my listing cancellation. (3 I paid for a logo on 5-6-22. I have yet to receive it. The sales rep Brandon stopped taking my calls, texts and replying to emails. I called customer service where the man yelled at me saying they created the logo. You get no refund. If I don’t have the logo how do I not get a refund. They are extremely unprofessional and have no intentions on giving me a refund after I refused the other items they would like for you to purchase. Like we design for $3000 and copywriting for an additional $350. Something they should say is mandatory so the prices they talk about mean nothing because once they Create a logo all these other prices come into play. That list of things you think you are paying for (Stationary design business cards and all this other stuff they’re talking about the bullet point on the amount that you pay and then they turn around and say oh well that’s not what that means and then the yell and scream At the customers and you get nothing!!! stay away from this company the horrible

I wish there was an option for zero stars. Absolutely horrible to deal with. All they did is delay delay delay and just try to upsell me from the original price they quoted me. Got rude and aggressive when I called them out on it. I really blame myself for not doing a thorough research on the company. Scam artists. Stay away. I had to pay for "services rendered" which I did not want but was told would be given for free with my order. Then had to contact the CC company to actually get the refund for the rest

Zero stars is still too many! I booked their package that guarantees 9 initial design concepts. I received 4. 2 of which look like they were done by a child on paint. If that wasn't enough, they continuously tried to upsell me things not included in the package. Fine, everyone's got to make a living. But BEWARE. They will HARASS you about 'copywriting' your logo. They will insist that it is mandatory. That you will get sued. That the government will come after you. After saying no 21 times (I counted) in our interactions, they finally gave up, but I've yet to receive the files for my logo. The only thing I ever received was the initial design with the watermark. And now I'm being given the runaround about receiving the rest of my files. Waste of my time, money and patience.

Terrible service. I've been waiting two months for my logo and website designs and getting slow-played all along the way. They don't answer their phones and their chat service will drop you when you ask to speak to a supervisor. Pursuing chargeback through my credit card company. 2/2/2022 Spoke with Mike. Agreed to edit rating while waiting on changes in service. 2/5/2022 Still no changes. Credit card chargeback was processed. Mike Ross told me the chargeback would be disputed by their lawyers and to check the fine print regarding their 100% guarantee.

From reading the other reviews here, I guess we were just really unlucky. The samples they provided my company with were very unprofessional--my group actually asked if they were designed by a bot, they looked so bad. Then we were more specific as to what we wanted--a bridge-type logo, and got a bunch of samples that didn't look like a bridge at all, but roads. So we sent some samples from online sources that were what we wanted to be close to, and got more roads back. Eventually we just gave up and we asked for a refund, and was told that if we opened the file they sent for the first batch of samples, it's almost impossible to get a refund. Ah well. Hopefully everyone else has a better experience than we did. Still no logo after 8 weeks, but I have some computer-generated abstract pics of roads, if anyone is interested.

I’ve outsourced work dozens of times on Fiverr- great experiences. Tried American Logo Designers once—- will never do it again. Do not comply with own terms and conditions. They tell you initial package price you pay is only time you’ll be asked for money- well, I was told I had to be additional $ for vector files (even though my package included ALL files), then told I owe money for processing fees….it’s not over! 5 months later I’m approached about paying $2200 in copyright fees or else they’re giving my logo to another customer —-even though in their FAQ section they say the customer owns the copyright! I’m in the process of filing a complaint with the Attorney General Consumer Protection for my state. This is absurd.

I would rate zero stars if possible. Absolutely do not use this company they will lie and steal money from you and not produce good work and or wont even finish your work. Listen to these reviews. Go with someone local.
