This is scam. They provide opportunity to save 5% by sending in check. Once they have the money, they make empty promises on sending the merchandise and only have 1 person answering the phone. Their office is just a PO BOx. Buyer beware. I am down $2300 and have yet to get money or my gold. Looking for advise on how to Recoup. Opened case with BBB #712799 but will be contacting my attorney now as appears this has happened to many and they continue to operate...disgusted with the better business bureau and even more disappointed I had not paid 5% with a credit card and had that insurance.
