Always there when I need them

Like.. got some helps Dislikes.. I was told to get only new tires and it were $900.00 . Tire Plaza charged my balance in credit is $3000.00, I paid 332.00 for 12 months, the balance is still the same. I am little disappointed with their system..

Total incompetence! Every single month they did something wrong. One month, they sent an email notification that payment had been taken out, and then the next day, I got another one saying, " Oops, did you forget your monthly payment. NO! The month after that they took 2 months out - excuse me?! Because they had to refund THEIR mistake the payment plan was cancelled (it was redone with me on the phone) so the following month they took nothing out and if I hadn't been on top of it and called them then I would not have paid off the balance in the amount of time that I had and they would have started charging usury-level finance rates. In spite of the amount of time I had to spend fixing their mistakes, they couldn't have cared any less; nothing was offered for my time and trouble, they were even unwilling to wave to $79 finance charge when I was going to pay it all off early.

The process was quick and easy. Payments were processed easily as well.

I would have given a 5star review , but upon paying off my last loan something popped on my credit from some other creditor and I was denied a newl line of credit to finish the repairs on my vehicle. Otherwise it’s a good company to get credit from to make repairs on your vehicle during this time of Economy Crisis.

Very high interest. Pay off quick as possible. I've learned my lesson on this. Definitely will not borrow from there again.
