They called ahead to let us know when to expect them. When they arrived they surveyed the job and went to work. We couldn't believe how fast they worked and very careful not to damage anything. I will definitely use them on our final move in a few months. We will also ask for Shane and Seth again.

These guys know exactly what game they’re playing. You will be overpromised and under delivered and they will hide behind the almighty contract. If they can do anything to make your experience worse and to avoid meeting any kind of set expectations, they make it into their sole mission. By and large the absolute worst. Like getting tricked by a conman. Please, I beg of you, look at almost anyone else but them.

I hired American Family Mover to move my items from Los Angeles, CA to Weston, Florida on March 6th 2025. The first scheduled delivery date indicated was March 18th 2025. As of today, April 15th 2025, my items have still not been delivered. The level of unprofessionalism and lies demonstrated by American Family Mover and West Coast Express Moving (a company that I did not authorize to handle my move) is deplorable. I have spoken to Valerie of West Coast Express Moving countless times and two weeks ago she told me that my items were being loaded and on the way to Florida. However when I spoke to an extremely rude and disrespectful salesperson at American Family Mover today at 11:13EST I was told that my items are still in California! Thank God, I placed an AirTag in one of my boxes because I wouldn’t have known that you guys took my belongings even further away from Los Angeles to a warehouse in San Jose without my knowledge or consent. To make matters worse West Coast express moving, indicated legally they have 21 business days to deliver my items. I’ve waited the entire 21 business days and 40 days in total for my belongings. no one has expressed any kind of remorse for the extreme inconvenience and unprofessionalism leaving me without my belongings for over a month and causing me to have to spend thousands to find items to use temporarily. The level of unprofessionalism can only leave one to think that you have stolen my items. There has been zero communication from either of the parties regarding my items when they were being transported to San Jose and where they are currently to date. It was not for me reaching out. I would still be in the dark about where my items worth almost $100,000 are located. I have been patient and understanding however at this you have left me with no choice, but to hire an attorney to sue you for breach of contract and lies. Nathan, John and Valerie have all been lying to me for 40 days and I would strongly urge you to NEVER do business with them!

We wish we could give more than 5 Stars!!! Mike Rob Angel and Brett were seriously the A Team - cannot say enough about their exceptional service, professionalism, sense of urgency, and quality of work. They went above and beyond to represent the brand of their company.

These people are the worst moving company I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Scheduled moving from FL to PA for 03/31 for 8 am, moving truck arrived at 4:30 in the afternoon, kept lying about the arrival time. At least the loaders were extremely professional and respectful and handled all of our items with great care. Was told load would arrive Wednesday 04/02, it’s is 04/05 and our load hasn’t even left FL. We have experienced a significant lack of communication from this business, we have gotten the run around about our load, was told 04/02, then was told probably Saturday 04/05, just got off the phone with one of their representatives and was extremely unprofessional and distasteful, and was told that he would not be arguing with me that the drive would call me either Sunday or Monday with more info on our load and they could potentially take 21 days to deliver it. We have a 1 year old child who needs her stuff, this whole process has been very unpleasant and unprofessional, serious lack of communication, no cohesiveness, no accountability for what has been said, the load hasn’t even left Florida, like come on people if that would’ve been the case I would’ve done it myself, you’re telling me that the load has been sitting at a warehouse for a week? A week !? And you’re gonna tell me that you’re not gonna rogue with me that I will get my shit whenever the driver calls and that he can take 21 days to deliver it ? And I’m supposed to respect that ? So what the hell am I supposed to do for 2 weeks, wear the same underwear ? What’s my kid gonna wear for 2 weeks ? The same PJs ? Garbage garbage company I regret doing any business with these people if this review helps anyone, please PLEASE do not do any business with these people.

Nathan and his crew were absolutely fantastic! They arrived right on time and worked tirelessly to get my belongings safely into storage. Matt and Rey were especially diligent and a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be using Nathan team for my upcoming move to Orlando. Highly recommend!

I’ve usedAmerican Family Mover for each of my last three moves. Scheduling has always been a breeze. The movers have always been efficient and have a good process for getting the job done. This is a 5⭐️ company for me. Big moves or small moves, they’ll always have my business.

The team was very professional and careful with my furniture. Helped me set up the rooms exactly how I wanted it. Gabriel was also very helpful when trying to set up the times and was also there helping the other employees. Very good experience and would recommend to others!
