They called ahead to let us know when to expect them. When they arrived they surveyed the job and went to work. We couldn't believe how fast they worked and very careful not to damage anything. I will definitely use them on our final move in a few months. We will also ask for Shane and Seth again.

We wish we could give more than 5 Stars!!! Mike Rob Angel and Brett were seriously the A Team - cannot say enough about their exceptional service, professionalism, sense of urgency, and quality of work. They went above and beyond to represent the brand of their company.

Nathan and his crew were absolutely fantastic! They arrived right on time and worked tirelessly to get my belongings safely into storage. Matt and Rey were especially diligent and a pleasure to work with. I'll definitely be using Nathan team for my upcoming move to Orlando. Highly recommend!

I’ve usedAmerican Family Mover for each of my last three moves. Scheduling has always been a breeze. The movers have always been efficient and have a good process for getting the job done. This is a 5⭐️ company for me. Big moves or small moves, they’ll always have my business.

The team was very professional and careful with my furniture. Helped me set up the rooms exactly how I wanted it. Gabriel was also very helpful when trying to set up the times and was also there helping the other employees. Very good experience and would recommend to others!

They were so fast and so careful with all of our things. They broke down and set up furniture items and it made the move and subsequent unpacking to easy. They were polite, courteous, and Matt was responsive the entire time between initial contact, planning, and moving day. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

I have used them three times now, twice within Manhattan and today from the city to Westchester. Every time they are so communicative, beyond fairly priced, on time, and always so nice and helpful!Today we had Chad and Micheal as our movers as they were so efficient, careful with our things, and so happy to help. If they will handle our next move one day in Westchester i would only look to hire them again. Truly the best!

From the time that they arrived to the time that they left, they were so professional, friendly, QUICK, and took great care of the whole move and all of my items. This was the only move in which I completely felt stress free and it wasn't chaotic at all! Thank you guys for being the best, I would highly recommend American Family Mover to anyone moving and I will be using these guys again for any upcoming moves!!
