I have a busy law practice and AEC in Marlton has been a great fit for me. The administrative/clerical staff has great experience and the communications personnel project the professional yet friendly character with which I want my firm to be associated. The legal assistant who does most of my work is thoughtful, accurate and well-versed in most issues and in the rare instances where she is less experienced she learns in minutes. The office manager is warm, engaging and goes out of her way to be helpful. I have felt both supported and welcome since day one.

We moved to AEC over a year ago. Day 1 we had a receptionist answering our calls, voice mail, internet access, administrative support services; as well as a full kitchen, a beautifully appointed lobby and multiple conference rooms for meetings. The administrative staff can handle any volume or type of traffic and always go above and beyond the “call of duty”, with a smile and a "can do attitude." They (the administrative staff) remember everyone’s preferences for messages, emails and names of visitors, etc. Can’t say enough about the attentiveness of AEC staff. They exemplify "excellence is in the details".

In August I moved into AEC's Philadelphia Office, and the experience has been wonderful. I came from a major law firm and wondered how I would replicate the amazing support services I was used to. The staff at AEC have helped me with a number of matters, and couldn't be more professional or courteous. In particular, they helped me design the announcement for my new firm and set up the database for the mass mailing. I gave them very little advance notice, and they did a fantastic job. The email went out this week without a glitch, and I have received a number of positive comments on the design. Friends and clients also marvel at how professionally my phone is answered. I found the right place for my small business!

The manager, Dana, and the staff in Radnor are always on top of things. The business services always meet deadlines and get it done right. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. I would and I do recommend it often.

I would happily recommend American Executive Centers to anyone with a small professional business that wants to have all of the support available to a large one without the headaches. My firm consists of 2 happy AEC tenants. When we need business services, they are always completed quickly, accurately and with a smile. When clients visit, the office is impressive and the reception staff are friendly and attentive. Equally important, when we don't need business or reception services, we aren't paying someone for idle time. An added bonus is the access we have to conference space in the other local offices. Clients love the convenience this provides.

Our company recently relocated our corporate HQ to AEC's Radnor location. To date, my colleagues and I have been very impressed with the facilities and the amenities. However, the thing that has impressed us the most has been the staff at AEC Radnor. Dana and her team have been very responsive to our requests and always do it with a smile. Unfortunately, our company is moving to permanent space this month. However, we will continue to use AEC's adim support services after the move. Overall, AEC has been a great experience!

Over the years I have enjoyed variety of seminars at AEC in Marlton. In addition to their educational value they make good opportunities to network and provide nice atmosphere to bond with colleagues and office neighbors.
