I placed an order and paid extra for two-day shipping, yet it is taking much longer than expected. When I called customer service to inquire about the delay, the representative was not only rude but also extremely unhelpful. I was simply trying to ask a question, but I was treated poorly from the outset. This level of service is unacceptable and unprofessional. Kim Sasser was the representative I dealt with, and I expect better from your company.

I ordered a Covid test and paid $20 extra for 2-day shipping. They shipped UPS ground, which will take 10 days. No apology, just told me to ship it back (at my expense!) and I would get a refund when they have it back. Beware, POOR customer service!

I am sorry you had a problem with your order. Did you call our customer service line for help? We use high quality cardboard in our shipping department. Also, we can't control how FedEx handles your box, but in general they are probably the best in the business for business and home delivery. My experience was simply terrible. The order was late,I didn't get the two day shipping I paid for.......totally unprofessional totally unacceptable.

The order was 1 day late due to the fact that the customer gave us an address that was not valid for delivery by FedEx. FedEx can not deliver to US post offices. When we received a VALID physical address the order was processed immediately. Additionally we refunded the 2nd day shipping charge as a good measure. The order was handled as promptly as possible given the circumstances. Thank you for taking the time to post a review of our company and for letting us know how we are doing.
