Terrible company
Terrible company. Will never rent from them again or refer anyone to him. We rent RVs often from other companies and have never had a problem. We got charged an additional $50 for "not filling the gas tanks" which we did twice and $125 for a "tree scrape" when there was not ONE tree around the entire trip. The owner, Randy, refused to call us back after we called several times and when we did finally talk to him he was very rude and wasn't willing to negotiate on anything. Very poor customer service. Don't waste your money.

Mrs. Henderson, Our fueling policy is such that all vehicles must be returned with the amount that they left with. In the event the vehicle is returned low on fuel, a $25 service charge in incurred and the fuel is charged to the renter at $8/gallon. Records indicate that the vehicle was not returned full yet these penalties were waived and only $49.20 was withheld from your deposit for refueling. I am not clear on the traveled route nor your destinations; however, it does appear the vehicle was driven 340 miles. Trees are fairly abundant in this part of the state and due to the size and weight of the vehicle brushing up against a tree would not necessarily be a jarring or notable experience for the driver. All of the vehicles that we rent out are individually owned. While charging for damage is not one of the best parts of our job, we are obligated to the owners of the vehicle to make sure their units are made whole again. The price was fair and covers the time and labor to properly buff and polish the affected area. To help put it in perspective, professional detail services charge well beyond $125 to simply wash RVs much less buff tree scratches. Your business is much appreciated.
