It worked out and we received what we purchased. Our only issue was that we have never used something like this before and did not find the directions until the morning we packed. We did’t know how to do a couple things, mainly if we should turn the generator off at night. We left it running but as you likely found we must have run out of fuel the last night. The people at American Dream Vacations are great. Efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The RV we rented had a few issues but overall it was ok. Thanks for a wonderful family vacation.

For the most part the experience was good. Really enjoyed the RV that we chose. Had to call a couple of times due to TV and cable not working, but the technician was very helpful and walked us through it. We did have one issue. When deploying the slide one of the drawers had opened in the back (that we couldn't see) and the slide pulled the drawer and broke part of it off. We heard the creaking but couldn't stop the slide before the damage was done. Make sure to check that the drawers are closed before deploying the slide.,

The RV we rented was very clean. Make sure to have the person doing the walkthrough explain how to get the TV’s to work using a cable connection.

rented an RV from American Dream Vacation for the 2018 GP and it was a great experience. Not being a RV expert everyone was very helpful and easy to work with. Pick up through drop off was easy and they were very helpful and explained/show me how all the appliance etc operated. I would recommend them and will rent from them again.. Tom T

We rented a 25 foot Vegas class A motor home for two weeks, and drove it from San Antonio Texas to Moab, Utah and return. This was a round trip of about 2,400 miles. It was a lot of fun, and quite an adventure. We did have maintenance issues with the vehicle, but American Dream (ADV) was very informative and easy to work with. Some things we had repaired on the trip, with other things left for them to repair upon return. I had read a few reviews about ADV being unresponsive and not helpful, but that was not our experience. The key seems to be, before calling the customer service line, have a thorough understanding of the problem, and how you are going to explain it. Yes, it did squash a full afternoon that we would have rather have done vacation things then coordinate and work through repairs, but that would have been the case whether our unit was a rental or owned by us. Stuff happens. The only reason this wasn't a 5 star review was the unit itself was a bit worn out. Although it was built in 2016, it already had 70,000 + miles on it. Nothing wrong with that alone, but the steering was loose, and pulled the the right. We had test driven this very vehicle a couple of months earlier, and I pointed this out when I turned it in, but nothing had changed. It may have been too hard to deal with, but had it not had that pulling tendency, the many miles would have been far easier to drive. The check out and check in were easy, and we would highly recommend that everyone review the videos before leaving the lot. The walk around we did before departure was good, but it would have been insufficient without also view the videos. Overall a very good experience, and we are looking forward to doing this again, with ADV.
