Not all units cleaned and presentable when looking for rental unit.

Please accept our apologies for your sub-par experience. We would like to know more so that we can use this information to improve.

We rented an RV over Christmas a couple of years ago. When we went to pick it up, we had to wait for them to finish their make-ready. When we returned there was a hubcap missing. We were charged $250 to replace one hubcap and felt like this was a money grab. We were sorry this worked out the way it did as we like to rent rv's for our birding trips to south Texas.

We are sorry that you had a less than perfect experience. Part of our business involves inventorying items and condition when a vehicle is picked up. Unfortunately if the stainless wheel simulator was missing when you returned, we have to replace it. I know these are expensive and truly wish that we had a less expensive alternative but in this case it must match the remaining three wheel simulators. We sincerely hope that you will give us a chance to meet/exceed your expectations in the future.

I did a walk-through on a trailer. It never dawned on me to try blinds. First night we were out and tried to close the blinds so we could sleep, they fell apart. I was charged for those blinds. I should never have been charged. I will never rent from this Lebanon location again. I could’ve tested the water if I wanted to because it wasn’t hooked up. Thankfully nothing else went wrong. I highly advise everyone who rents with these people to try every knob and pulley that is available to them.

The customer service was amazing, but the quality and condition of the rental was poor.

I rented a motor home twice. Last one was a miserable experience because the dash ac wasnt cooling. I brought it up when I turned it in but they just insulted me by giving me a $25 dollar refund. I spent thousands of dollars there and now they lost a customer

The unit was amazing; however, I didn't receive my deposit back after returning the unit. I will most likely go elsewhere in the future.

We had many issues with the RV and they were not very helpful in getting the issues resolved.

Rental was OK but be sure to make an extremely thorough inspection of the RV and write down absolutely every flaw you see. We were charged because of a loose ceiling panel in the RV when we returned it. I hadn't paid any attention to it when I saw it soon after leaving the American Dream Vacations lot.
