We have rented from American Dream Vacations several times. The quality and cleanliness of the RV's has always been perfect. I have had occasion on trips to call with questions and they have always been available and spot-on with assistance in resolving my concern. There have never been any upcharges or additional fees that were not agreed-to at the time of rental. A good experience all the way around.

There was an issue with the generator. They tried to guide me through some repair procedures over the phone. I could not fix the problem so we had no generator. They really tried to help and seemed genuinely concerned. They gave me a coupon for a free day. Can't complain.

Billy Mullins provided exceptional service. It was our first RV trip and Billy took time to explain every detail and when we had problems on the road he was readily accessible to troubleshoot and resolve all matters that arose. I am now a fan of RV vacations!

I have been using American Dream Vacations for about 20 years. Staff is courtesy and helpful. They make sure you have the right trailer for the vehicle you plan to tow with. Safety is their number one concern. Their service team is there where ever you go , if you have problems with the unit. I have recommended American Dream to all my friends that want to take a trip with family or friend's. My children are all grown now and have great memories of all our camping trips.

We had a great vacation and it all started with the staff at American Dream Vacation in Irving, TX. Drove from TX to VA to NC then back to TX. Not a single issue with our rented RV. Everyone had a blast.
