Nice staff. They equipped us with everything we needed to feel confident to resolve any issue that may come up on our trip. We will rent with them again.

That's what we are here to do. Thanks for being a great customer!

The experience was a very good one. The only issue we had was the hot water heater did not work so we were unable to shower in the RV. Fortunately we stayed at RV Parks and were able to use their showers. Copley's RV, where we rented the RV, was the best. Joel went out of his way to assist us from Florida when we were in California, he was the best. We would without question do this again.

I am sorry to here about the water heater. We greatly appreciate your cooperation on the road and general willingness to adapt. We want nothing but flawless experiences for our customers but unfortunately with all things mechanical, that isn't always the case. We value you as a customer and hope to have the opportunity to do business with you in the future.

This is our 3rd year renting from them. Everything work great. There was a little more wear on the furniture than i would have wanted.

Great company. Check in and out was easy enough. The RV had a table which turned into a bed which came with a crack on it and when we tried to sleep on it the table broke more so it rendered the sleeping space even smaller. Wasn't the companies fault, just nature of the thing. Couple small chips on the windscreen which I told them about and they said they had done a walk through video and it should be included in the video and would send me a copy of the video but I didn't get it, should be ok though, I just wanted to cover myself. Other than that I have no complaints. They were super nice. All in all the company was great. Would definitely recommend them and rent from them again.

We appreciate the business and would like to apologize for any inconveniences regardless of however minor they may have been. We want you to have a comfortable, worry-free trip. I hope that you enjoyed RVing enough to give it another roll.... Come back soon!

Great Experience! We are experience RVs (full time going on 9 years), so I was able to solve any minor questions/problems. We have a 1979 Argosy, and this Image was fantastic. I more complete training at check outsold have been helpful. I should have asked more detailed questions in order to understand modern systems. All in all, it was fantastic.

I love to hear that we have gained the business of even a seasoned RV'er. Thanks! Arogsys are neat vehicles! Spread the good word....
