American Dream VacationsReviews of americandreamvacations.net

We've used American Dream Vacations for the past couple of years, they've been great - had a little bit of a rocky start the first year but they made it right by us and we've continued and are continuing to use them. Trenton, our sales rep there, is GREAT! The whole process is painless, electronic (which I love), and the staff is super friendly. I'd recommend them to everyone! :)

This family operated business was truly great. They worked with us to find the right RV for our long, family road trip. We have recommended them to several of our friends who are looking at renting an RV. You will not be disappointed in their customer service.

We have used American Dream Vacations several times over the last 10 years, both travel trailers and RV's. They have always been courteous and helpful. Once we had a battery fail on the road which we had to replace. I got them on the phone. They told me what to do to replace it and reimbursed me later with no hassle. Another time I backed an RV into a tree limb and did some minor damage. They deducted a fair amount from my deposit. Again a good experience. I have a friend who owns a travel trailer which he rents out thru American Dream. He is pleased with how they care for his investment.

This was a fantastic trip and American Dream Vacations made it easy and affordable! The RV was beautiful, new and spacious. It handled well throughout the trip even in varying weather. We ran into trouble with a flat tire but they’d already given us instructions on what to do if that happened and within an hour, roadside assistance arrived and had us back up and running and headed for home! American Dream Vacations is the only way to go if you’re traveling across the country with several people and/or animals!

American Dream Vacations-Albuquerque Over the past 8 years we have rented from American Dream Vacations-ABQ for our family reunion. We have had nothing but positive experiences. They have a great staff and go above and beyond for their customers.

Robin and his team have delivered three summers of great fun. Easy to pick up and drop off. Only way to camp out! On the way to most State Parks. We have had the same unit last three years and just keep a standing reservation.

We have been renting RV's from ADV in Boerne, TX. once a year since 2015 and have found their entire team to be very professional each and every time. Our trips are at least 1 week in length, averaging 2000 miles. All of the Class A motor-homes we've rented have been no more than 1 year old, in very good shape and clean as can be. We did encounter a problem one year with a microwave and on the Ford A/C (not the RV A/C units). We were able to resolve the microwave problem after contacting their emergency line the same day. We made do with the A/C units from the RV since we were running the generator while on the road. Upon our return, our account was credited in a fair manner for the inconvenience we experienced. We will be traveling again next year on another ADV unit and look forward to the same exemplary service we receive each year.

Tony and Sue are great to work with. They are friendly and they make sure that everything has been set up for your vacation. They even go the extra mile to give you a full walk-through of your RV rental. Our rentals are always new, in great condition, and working properly.
