Rv was not services. Waste was not dumped from tanks. And roof vent was missing from rv. Ac unit was not cooling

I rented a camper trailer at the facility in Austin, TX in April 2017. When I returned the trailer one of the corner leveling jacks was noted to be loose, which was not caught by me during the initial inspection. Unfortunately this was the first time I had rented a trailer like this. I was charged part of my deposit to fix something I did not cause, despite being told it was likely preexisting. I will NEVER rent another trailer from you and would advise any prospective renters to THOROUGHLY check their unit before taking it off the lot.

Reserved a trailer. Was involved in an accident and was injured leaving me unable to go on planned trip. Cancelled reservation several days ahead of time. Received Zero refund and still paid for a weeks worth of use for a trailer I never even saw. Would not even consider renting from these folks again. Would advise same to others.

Very negative experience with management and equipment. Additionally no recourse to obtain satisfactory closure to a very disappointing experience. One star is wat too many, this is company fails on every level outside of taking your money.

Terrible RV The vehicle shook so badly that the dash was coming loose! The AC crapped out as we picked up the unit . Bad pc board. They taped a water bottle under the mount to make it work. The automatic steps stopped working so we had to buy a folding stool at Walmart. We were promised a road repair that never happened. The vehicle was so under powered that it would drop 2 hears and rev to over 4000 RPM to climb a freeway overpass. When we got back from our trip they refused to give us credit for all of the issues with our vacation. DON'T RENT HERE!!!

I rented twice. Both times horrible. First time they forgot the battery. They immediately assume you will damage the unit. Never again. Not worth it.

Took my deposit and cancelled in enough time due to a death in family... still will not return the funds. They just took my family money and we will now never use them! Hope u feel good that you took aldvantagalof people

Don’t do business with these people. We got stranded with no ac in RV and they were no help.
