American Book WarehouseReviews of americanbookwarehouse.com

They originally sent me the wrong cover of the book I ordered which isn’t a big deal and they were so nice when I emailed about it and they immediately sent me the new one and even let me keep the other one!

My first book order didn’t show, but when I contacted customer support they were diligent it responding & fixing the issue. Now I got my book & I appreciate their help!

A book I ordered turned out to be out of stock. The folks at ABW could not have been more gracious in helping me locate an alternative title for no additional cost. Their communications are clear and prompt. I will buy from ABW again.

I ordered a language book to help with my studies. The book I ordered ended up being out of print, but their customer service department kept trying to track down a copy for me, and kept me updated. Sadly, we were never able to track one down, but American Book Warehouse was fantastic throughout the entire process. They helped me find an alternative that met my needs. I highly recommend them!

Purchased a book even though it was not in stock. Customer service was quick and efficient; absolutely no problems. 10/10 Would use this store again!

Recently made a purchase but the book was sold out. Customer service was very helpful and quickly provided a refund. I was also offered a discount for a future purchase for the inconvenience. I would purchase here again.

got my book quickly. Support was quick to respond with the tracking info when asked for it!

I ordered a set a books from American Book Warehouse that I had been searching for as it was a series from when I was younger. A lot of older books are harder to find and can cost an arm and a leg, or in a condition that is less than desirable. Not only was the cost of my set less than everywhere else, the books were in perfect condition and they arrived quickly too. I am working on collecting enough books to be considered a library and I know I will be using American Book Warehouse to collect many more. I highly recommend this company if you are a book dragon like me, you will be as excited as I was for my books to arrive. I am sure you will you continue to use them to build your collection too.
