I was helping my teenage son with his first Social Security card and honestly had no idea what paperwork we needed. The guidance made it much less confusing, especially since I didn't want to submit the wrong documents.

The service in general is good, highlighting the technical support, I requested my TSA precheck but I had problems with the last step of choosing the documentation I had to present but when I contacted them they resolved the problem quickly.
