My house was being renovated, so I had to stay somewhere else for a while and needed my mail sent to the right place. I was able to take care of the address change whitout much hassle.

Getting a birth certificate used to be such a nightmare, but it was much easier here. The staff were really kind and made everything simple. I even got help with my change of address during the same visit.

DO NOT GET SCAMMED by this awful company!!! This is not an official government site. My mother thought this was for TSA pre check. They basically take your money, and help schedule an appointment (to fill out paperwork for TSA pre check). All of this can be done through the government website. ALSO- You still have to pay separately for TSA pre check. That’s not included. They wanted my mom to go to a location that was 30 minutes away, when she could easily go to Staples which is 4 minutes away. After she tried to get a refund, they only offered her 50% because they claimed they “completed the service”. Disgusting that they take advantage of seniors.

I was helping my teenage son with his first Social Security card and honestly had no idea what paperwork we needed. The guidance made it much less confusing, especially since I didn't want to submit the wrong documents.

We appreciate you sharing your experience; we’re pleased to know the guidance helped you prepare your son’s Social Security application correctly.

Should be ZERO stars. Making people believe they need to pay this fee for TSA. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This company is a SCAM. Call AND send an email if you were scammed. You deserve your money back! SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. DO NOT PURCHASE.

GIving one star is too much. I was charged for a TSA preapproval and expediting that preapproval. The place they sent me to was horrific and told me I needed a passport and I didn't. They did not do what they needed to do and American Best will not refund my money. I paid them $144 for absolustely nothing. Update: They finally did the right thing and refunded my money. It took many emails back and forth. I thanked them for making their wrong, right.

This was a complete waste of money. Their website is misleading and you cannot cancel without a huge penalty, although the website clearly says you can cancel and does not mention the fee. They did 5 minutes worth of work that I could have done on my own, in fact I still had to do everything except make the appointment with TSA. Waste of $100...can't believe I didn't research better so it's my own fault, so please look into it further and just go directly with TSA. NO NEED TO USE THEIR SERVICE.

Scamming behavior! Really charge me $100 to do TSA Pre-check leading me to believe I've paid when I haven't. Shame on you
