Michele Gibbs was an amazing representative to have help us with our first trade show display! We must've changed our minds 10 times and she rolled with it and offered helpful suggestions to get us through to a decision. The designer Chris gave great feedback and put every single idea we had on a digital backdrop and sent us the sample. We did finally decide and have now received the finished product... it's gorgeous. The colors are vibrant and the set up was pretty easy. To both Michele and Chris, thank you for the support along the way, the product and service exceeded our expectations.

Both Michelle and Michael from the Redmond office were quick to respond and fix a broken prong that I had with my banner display. Exceptional customer service. Thank you! I always get comments about how nice my table cloth and banner look.

Michel Gibbs was the greatest customer service person! She went out of her way to follow up on a difficult rush order and delivery.

The order process was fast and easy. I requested a quote, got that quickly, ordered the product and it was shipped. There were a few parts missing from the equipment I ordered, but when I brought it to their attention, they were able to ship the components out quickly without any hassles. Even with the missing pieces, they were quick to fix the problem with a smile!

Great job! Can not thank Jacob enough for being that extra set of eyes to ensure the display came out beautifully.

I've purchased several exhibits from American Image over the last few years which included design services. All products were completed professionally, on or ahead of schedule and with great customer service. The exhibits are high quality and are very reasonably priced.
