I ordered a Samsung UN55H8000 TV on the site. After 36 hrs I received an email to call them. When I did, I was told that I had ordered the "commercial" version and not the retail one and that the tv did not come with even a stand and any of the retail accessories. I would have to pay extra for those. When I asked for them to send all this to me in writing, I received an email cancelling my order. Bait and Switch.
My order #'s referred to in the confirm and follow up emails was SKLYZGOSL and 12019611.

Bait and switch.
Ordered a TV online with them and then received email to call. Called--terrible customer service. Told me the TV did not come with a base (nothing mentioned on site, and pictures show base), and then tried to get me to upgrade to a different tv. Refused to cancel initially, asking me to call back. I did and then they told me to email and hung up. Very shady.

These people are not honest
I placed an order on their website for a Canon EF 24-105mm f/4 L IS USM lens. The price was $589. Two days after I placed the order they called me. The conversation started that he was calling to confirm my address. He then asked what camera I have. He then said, "the lens you ordered is for a film camera". And that the price for the DSLR version would be $799, $210 more than their advertised price. There is no "film version". The part number for this lens is the same on ALL other websites. This was bait-and-switch. I asked him to hold my order and I would call back. If found the same lens on another site, a well known, reputable site. The price was $629. I called back to cancel my order. And he asked my the name of the company that had the $629. The then made insulting, sarcastic comments about that company. Very unprofessional! Don't waste your time like I did. Just don't order from these people. If TrustPilot deletes this post because I hadn't actutally made the purchase, that is a shame. And a disservice to users of this website. For reasons that are very obvious.

Deceptive pricing, unacceptable business practices
Husband shopped for camera he wants, and we went to Google shopping for pricing. Most everybody, the majors [external reference], [external reference], etc., had the camera for $649, no tax, free shipping. Americacamers had a price of $609, also no tax, free shipping. I was able to somehow figure out that the camera did not come with battery or charger. No problem. I bought a charger and 2 batteries on [external reference]. Was waiting to get notice camera was shipped when I got an e-mail today to call the company about my order, like there was a problem. Called, spoke to a low key young man, who verified address, etc., and then asked which battery we wanted, the two hour or the five hour, said some people like to have two. I said, "Oh! I thought it did not come with a battery", went to get the husband on the phone to help select the battery. I came back to hear the husband ask if the guy was SELLING us a battery. Guy said yes. We said we didn't need one, as we already ordered one on [external reference]. He then summarized our order, noted that shipping was free, and they normally charge taxes but were waiving them in this instance. He then said our order would total $679 with the insurance. I immediately said to cancel the order and to send me an e-mail that it was cancelled. He said he would, and I got an e-mail later saying order cancelled and credit card would not be charged.
I was not the least bit happy with my time wasted on this transaction. The $648 charged by the other sellers would have been $648 total, included battery and charger, and would have included ALL shipping charges such as insurance. So, buyers, if you want to pay a lot more for your camera than you have to and be deceived in the process, this is the company for you!

Prices too good to be true, because they're not.
Ordered a Canon T3 for a very good price. After the order was submitted I got an e-mail to call customer service. They told me the order was for the "international" model that didn't include the battery or charger. The website clearly said battery included. They tried to talk me into buying for a higher price. When I refused and cancelled my order they hung up on me. I called back to be sure my order was cancelled and they hung up on me again.

Did not honor their advertised price and just tried to upsell
Years ago, camera magazines were full of mail order stores that promised low prices, but you could never buy these items at that price for one manufactured reason or another. I thought this practice was long gone, but it's still alive and well with this store.
Attempted to buy a well-priced TV, called a few days later to see if it had shipped. Got a very aggressive salesperson on the phone who wanted me to buy a warranty. I said no, then the price magically went up by $400. Apparently there was shipping and insurance I had to pay for. But it said free on the website. I told them to forget it and cancel the order.
Just a bunch of false advertising, avoid this store.

Another upsell company
Finded and purchased camera because of low advertised price and after TWO business days received a phone call and they wanted to let me know I ordered the International version of the camera instead of the USA version and therefore would not be getting the build-in WiFi/GPS or Charger or Battery or some other items (no any model information available via website, for CANON 6D in my case). I have canceled the order immediately. Not recommended to deal with this store.

Unprofessional and unsecure credit card information.
I found this company online and ordered a receiver from them they had a good price on during the weekend. I received a confirmation email immediately. The following Monday, I received another email stating "Orders typically take 24-48 hours to be processed. Please contact us at .... to expedite your order and shipping..." The guy I spoke to wanted me to give him my credit card information and told me "maybe you didn't complete the order, all I got was an email with your address and nothing else not even the item you ordered". Why on earth would you be asking for my credit card information right away if you don't even know what I ordered? I double checked my confirmation email, AND logged into their website and verified that my information was there. I attempted to explain this to him, and his response was to cut me off and tell me "Yeah, I just verified your address." Their employee needs some customer service training, If this company is receiving credit card information via email, and it isn't being processed securely online then there is a whole host of security issues that need to be addressed. I canceled my order, and I will not being doing business with this company.
