The service fell apart when it mattered most. On the day of the event, they stopped responding despite repeated attempts to contact them, and my refund request remains unresolved. The lack of communication and accountability was extremely disappointing.

The real test came when the event day arrived: I had paid £7,800, yet they did not respond when the promised service was needed. Repeated contact and refund requests went unresolved, leaving the payment taken but the accountability missing.
