Not the same as it used to be....
I have over 15 of your Healthy Back Bags. The quality of the leather is not as supple or as richly colored or as nice as it always has been, and the bag is tighter and less roomy and harder to get into the pockets. It's a much smaller fit all over. Bring back the quality and usefulness of previous years!!

Hi Donna-- thank you for your feedback. We do take the quality of our bags seriously and perform random inspections on our products. Leather will soften and loosen a bit over time. If you'd like to return the bag for a refund, please reach out to our customer service department for information on how to do that.
