Update 08/25/2026: Amenify and my partner and I came to an agreement of a 45% refund and a free cleaning at our new home to remediate the previous cleaning service. While this process did take a month and numerous emails/phone calls, we are pleased Amenify did their due diligence to rectify our concerns. We appreciate their customer service team listening to our concerns and responding appropriately. We are disgusted with the cleaning service provided. The clean out service was so bad we had to obtain an additional cleaning service. A cleaning agent was left in our stove which caused the entire apartment to reek, the cabinets were not cleaned, our dishwasher was untouched, dust remained in the bathroom, hair was on the shower wall, and it appeared mopping occurred without a vacuum. The “photos” detailing our clean was blurry with the brightness turned up high. As this was a move out cleaning, we had to spend an additional $270 (on top of the &300+ we spent on Amenify) to not be charged by our apartment.

When I called the help line, I had so many questions and kept changing my mind about what I wanted to do. Chris was so patient, answered my questions, and addressed my concerns. I ended up signing up for a 3-month cleaning service with Amenify, all because of Chris's professionalism and ability to do her job so efficiently.

Working with Sherry has been especially wonderful. She makes me feel completely at ease with both my home and my belongings. There are times when I feel overwhelmed—like when I can’t find something—and she never makes me feel judged or like I’m being accusatory. Instead, she recognizes my stress and responds with patience and understanding. She always stays calm and kind, even when I’m asking, “Where is this?” and it turns out I was the one who moved it. That level of professionalism and empathy really stands out. I’m very grateful for her help and highly recommend her.
