I have not lived in the apartment that offered service through amenity in 2+ years. I have opted out of the CONSTANT marketing emails and communication 10+ times with zero luck. If they can not manage their API services and simple marketing opt out functionalities that can cause legal trouble, I wouldn't trust them to clean your apartment.

Please skip out on the benefits of this company. They are unorganized when it comes to outsourcing their help. Even the cleaner who showed up the first time was unsure of what was all required for a deep clean. I did appreciate that she had another person with her to deep clean given that I’m paying close to $200 dollars (this was promo price by the way). I was not impressed with the window of time which is supposedly 8-1 but really they showed up at 3 and stayed till 6 pm. The cleaners did a great job cleaning the first go around. But also we were there during the clean (annoying but like c’mon we had no idea when they were showing up). The second clean it was one cleaner, same woman, and I had to step in and help and some spots were missed. This company wants to credit me 55 dollars when all I ask if that I pay full price for this second cleaning and then cancel the third cleaning. To be clear, I’m not upset with the cleaner, I think the company is poorly run. Avoid their services. You are better off googling someone locally.

Amenify Company missed 2 scheduled appointments for bathroom deep clean and stove/ oven cleaning. Michael from Amenify assured me that the cleaner would be there at the next scheduled appointment. Lo and behold, the company did not arrive on time but was 2 hours late again. I was out of town and had a family member waiting. After 1.5 hours my family had to leave. The leasing office let the cleaner in. I never heard anything else from the company. I return home 1 week later and it appears that the bathroom had not been touched and the stove top was wiped off, but the inside of the stove was not cleaned at all.

Like many others, I paid for a “move out cleaning”. I left the apartment in good shape- all the “pro” had to do is basic cleaning and follow their own check list. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, the floors were not cleaned, the refrigerator was not cleaned at all, the cabinets not cleaned out and basically the rest was a poorly done rinse. I complained multiple times and provided required pictures as proof. The person said “it’s not that bad”- exactly what does that mean?? The pro said she did everything on their own checklist but clearly she did not. They refused even a partial refund the $191 I paid, instead offering less than half the amount payable only if I retained an active subscription and use the funds for more services. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS RIPOFF COMPANY. I wish I’d seen this before buying any service from Amenify.

This company deserves no stars. I payed for a move out service and all the girl did was wiped the counters and called it a day. I tried to get a refund I called them 4 times got the same person each time. He told me a different name each time and knew who I was based on my number. They asked to send in proof (pictures) and when I did they said my Appartment was not cleanable and they did what they could far as cleaning. I never got a call from anyone saying my appartment was not cleanable so they kept my money. Not only that but her lunch was left on the counter yet and I left my vacuum there and it was used to vacuum the floor and ended up breaking.I did a dispute and got my money back through my bank. They are scammers and use employees and their families to write good reviews. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH THEM they ARE SCAMMERS

Refused to provide a refund for an unintentional purchase. I was clicking on gift cards to see what they could be used for, hoping to get more details, since a lot of the coupon codes and such can only be used for specific services. I assumed when I clicked on it, it would pull up more details, have a purchase confirmation page at the very least, so I could see what it was. Nope, one click bought, no refunds. Be careful I guess.

Terrible experience trying to use this service. The whole point was to streamline booking of housekeeping and handyman services, but it created 10x more work for me, Amenify didn’t honor the time/date of service that they promised, customer service communications were a total mess being passed from person to person and having to explain over & over again what the issues were. Got charged for services that were never performed. Refused to issue refund after booking, regardless of the fact that they were unable to deliver on the booking as requested. And in the end they submitted an “excellent” review on my behalf via their app without my permission. Stay away. Terrible experience all around.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Amenify was an absolute nightmare that I feel obligated to warn others. I scheduled a deep clean for my kitchen and main bath. Instead of coming home to a clean apartment, I came home to discover: • My toilet, floors, and oven were “cleaned” with dirty mop water and rags, leaving unsanitary residue everywhere. • My shower doors, cabinets, and appliances were left streaked and dusty. • A container of baked sweets I had left on the counter was eaten without permission. • The cleaner entered unauthorized areas (my bedroom and closet) • My property was damaged. What makes this worse is the way Amenify handled it. Despite providing detailed complaints and offering photo/video evidence, their “resolution” was only a voucher for a future service—completely useless since I will never allow their cleaners into my home again. Their own Quality Assurance Program and Protection Plan promise refunds and reimbursement for property damage, but Amenify refused to honor these. I trusted Amenify’s reputation to allow a stranger into my home—against my better judgment—and I’m paying for it, quite literally. If you value professionalism, accountability, or even basic hygiene, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere for services.
