Your shipment was booked through a broker, which impacted direct communication and scheduling updates while your move was in transit. That said, we acknowledge that the lack of timely updates was not the level of service we aim to provide. Once delivery was confirmed and the situation was reviewed, compensation in the amount of $562.00 was issued to address the delay. While this does not erase the inconvenience you experienced, it was provided in good faith and in accordance with applicable guidelines. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving our communication and coordination on brokered interstate moves.
