During the call, it was explained that in order to operate an Amazon business, clients must meet certain eligibility requirements. Based on what you shared — including your current tourist visa status living in Singapore — we were unfortunately not able to move forward. That decision was purely based on Amazon compliance requirements. We categorically reject any suggestion of discrimination. We work with clients from many different countries and backgrounds and pride ourselves on professionalism and integrity.
