I had my reservations in the beginning…
I had my reservations in the beginning considering it was a completely new venture and l had no prior experience with e-commerce but the team has been so communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. The beginning stages took time while everything was being developed and launched, but expectations were explained clearly from the start. What I appreciated most was the communication and organization. The team stayed responsive, handled the day to day operations efficiently, and made the process easy to follow. Overall, my experience has been positive and I’m grateful to be working with such a wonderful team! Don’t get me wrong, it’s a process that requires patience, but the support and professionalism have been there consistently. Can’t wait to see what else is in store!

During the call, it was explained that in order to operate an Amazon business, clients must meet certain eligibility requirements. Based on what you shared — including your current tourist visa status living in Singapore — we were unfortunately not able to move forward. That decision was purely based on Amazon compliance requirements. We categorically reject any suggestion of discrimination. We work with clients from many different countries and backgrounds and pride ourselves on professionalism and integrity. If there was any misunderstanding during the call, we’re happy to review it internally. However, this review does not reflect the experience of an actual client nor the quality of our services.
