An OK Process. Be cautious about what you need and what they offer.
The "project managers" you deal with are pleasant people, but they will not actually read your book. They will get your book published, but you must do all the editorial work. Yes, you'll get a nice cover, professional layout, etc. You'll get an actual book out of the process, but don't expect help with the content. Most of the books I sold were due to my own contacts, not anything that they did. Was it worth the money? Not sure. If I write another book, I will go through the amazon kdp process on my own for far less money.
