I found a tv series "Billy the kid" (3 seasons) which was stated as included in amazon prime. I watched, one after the other, all during the evening and part of the night, episodes 1 - 2 -3 -4 - 5 and at the end of the 5th episode it appeared the usual little window on the bottom right for the next episode; well all of a sudden it stopped and turned into a payment series. I went back to check and there it was the yellow payment indicator. I checked the 1st season (the one I was watching) and, ironically, the epsodes 2 through 5, (already watched as I stated) bore the payment icon. Sincerely my patient is wearing thin because they put on payment movies that are old (up to 40 years and more); only 1 out of, maybe 20, is a recent and enjoyable movie; same things go for the tv series. The thing that happened tonight was really annoying. Why do not they estabilish the payment view before airing the movie or, even worse, the series ? I just wasted almost 5 hours. I go to bed, now, and will read a nice book which I already bought so no surprises there. Bye to You all.

I recently discovered that Prime Video is free with a Prime subscription. I have been paying for Prime Video since 2022. So, basically, I have been paying double. I went thru my bank account and made a listing of dates and amounts. I mailed it to Amazon in hopes they would refund me the money. The letter was returned to me unopened with a label that stated "Call customer service". After repeated calls to customer service the issue remains unresolved. I filed a claim with the Federal Trade Commission but I doubt anything will come of it.

Jeg har en Prime bruger på mit TV, men jeg har lige opdaget at jeg det sidste år har betalt 2 abonnementer til en 10 kroner mindre end jeg står til?? Jeg har forsøgt skrive til supporten, men den engelske kan ikke hjælpe mig, og når jeg følger linket de gav mig til den danske, kan jeg ikke få lov til at komme til den danske support. Den engelske kan ikke hjælpe med noget som helst? Og nu betaler jeg så stadig 2 beløb forskudt med en uges tid. Når jeg vil logge ind på kontoen på vores andet TV, har jeg ikke et aktivt abonnement? Så jeg har over 700 kroner tilgode hos dem, men intet sted hvor jeg kan få hjælp. Jeg kan heller ikke logge ind på nogen aktiv konto hvor jeg kan ændre noget, da der står jeg ikke har noget aktivt abonnement? Er du forvirret? Det er jeg også! Hold jeg LANGT væk fra dem. Deres kundeservice er ikke-eksisterende, og de kan ikke hjælpe dig. Men de får 5 stjerner for at trække penge. Det kan da være de vender tilbage til mig efter denne bedømmelse. Men nok ikke vel?

Kündigung fast unmöglich – Kundenfalle Ich habe den Paramount+ Channel über Amazon Prime Video zur Probe gebucht. Das Abo abzuschließen war extrem einfach – ein Klick genügte. Doch beim Kündigen beginnt der Ärger: • Keine Option im Konto unter „Channel-Buchungen verwalten“. • Kein Widerruf über die Einstellungen möglich. • Keine Chance, eine Rezension direkt bei Amazon zu hinterlassen. • Stattdessen verlangt Amazon, dass man ein Formular ausdruckt und per Post nach München schickt (!). Im Jahr 2025 ist das absolut kundenunfreundlich. Digitale Abos müssen genauso leicht kündbar sein, wie sie abgeschlossen wurden. Hier wird ganz offensichtlich auf Bequemlichkeit oder Frust der Kunden gesetzt, um Kündigungen zu verhindern. Für mich ist das eine Kundenfalle und ich kann nur dringend abraten.

My experience with Amazon has been terrible. I paid for a subscription and as soon as they received the money, they suspended my account automatically. When I contacted them, they simply confirmed that my account would remain suspended. The worst part is that they completely ignore the refund. They never answered when or if I would get my money back for a service that I never received. This is a scam: Amazon takes your money, blocks your account, and refuses to refund you. I strongly advise against using Amazon, especially if you travel or use a prepaid card, because instead of helping customers they just shut you out.
