Amazon Prime VideoReviews of amazon-prime-video.com

Ads are not what we want. Stop building space ships and cancel the ads!!!!

I signed up for a single one-month free trial on Prime Video. Despite canceling, Prime Video has continued to repeatedly charge my credit card across multiple international marketplace domains without my permission. My card details are being charged continuously for subscriptions and channels I never ordered or authorized. When trying to resolve this, Amazon’s customer service provided zero genuine support or resolution, leaving me trapped in a loop of unauthorized international transactions. This platform fails to provide transparent billing practices or functional customer support. Watch your credit card statements very carefully if you sign up for any trial.

I think Amazon have forgotten that most people subscribe to them because it was like going to the cinema. Now they have introduced ads. Okay, you do get ads in cinemas but only at the beginning, not throughout the movie. Yes, I can pay extra but why should I? I’d rather go to the cinema, it’s cheaper and better. Besides, you do know that there are websites out there that offer movies for free? I just never felt right using them. Now I am reconsidering! Additionally, a lot of your next day deliveries are disappearing and becoming 2 day deliveries. Very bad customer service.
