Update: Customer Service finally got back to me and issued a full refund of my purchase. Still, we ordered from these folks based on the high ratings. So upping to 2 stars for doing the right thing but their product quality is not there for the price point. Their customer service is as flimsy as their signs. Our order was shipped from Vietnam, they all may be, but with zero rigid package protection so the item was bent and wavy. Contacted customer service who responded, asked for pictures then ghosted us. So have wasted $ and a ton of time on a flimsy product that they will not support. I'd take my business elsewhere.
