Very easy to communicate with and very informational! Great app and even better people running it!

I've been battling hip issues for months and Amaze has been there every step of the way (specifically Sanam who has been great). Not only did they help me do remote PT, but they helped me find an in network hip specialist as well. Long story short, I'll be having surgery soon with the physician that the Amaze team helped me find while coaching me along the way. On top of all of that, when I had to get imaging on my hip, Amaze even helped me research the most cost effective way to get imaging for my hip ahead of being seen in person by a specialist. I never would have known that paying cash at an imaging only facility could help me save hundreds of dollars without Amaze's support. After receiving that imaging, Amaze even went above and beyond to give my hip surgeon a call to ensure that they received the MRI results and that I didn't have to deal with any last minute hiccups along the way.

I have a teladoc option through United healthcare and have used it in the past but its cumbersome and wanted to compare to the Amaze platform. I was impressed with the speed to get a response and get a live PA or MD on the line. After recovering from the flu, my family felt under the weather and the app allowed me to add my wife and boys. My wife was able to get Tamiflu for all three of them which shortened the length of their illness. They were very thorough, and I am glad to have the service.

I have used Amaze for a variety of different needs, for both my daughter and me, and every since one of them was answered immediately and with so much care. I’ve never been more content with medical care in my life. I highly recommend Amaze for anyone.

My son broke his arm and I was given a PA that had extensive knowledge since she’s worked with an orthopedic. The app is so easy to use and she informed me on her experiences. She was so kind and reassuring which is what I needed during a stressful situation.

Dr. Treva at Amaze Health was an excellent choice for me. Dr.Treva and her staff went above and beyond to help me with my insurance limitations to find the facilities we needed to get all of my testing completed and other health needs. Their follow up was timely and kept me accountable to do my part. I highly recommend their services.

Laurie was so great to work with over the holidays when I was down with a respiratory virus. It was great to have someone to check in with on an at-home treatment plan and she was great at following up to see how I was doing. Very happy with Amaze they provide excellent care.
