I order toner. The price was great. They shipped quick and even followed up with a phone call. Great Job.

I ordered printer toner; the shipping was fast, the price unbeatable, and the folks at amatteroffax even called to follow up. Highly recommended.

My uncle needed a part and he asked if I could find it for him. Amatteroffax came up in the search. I had one questions, called and they answered it with someone that is US based. They also followed up after the sale.

I am very pleased with the new toner I bought from AmatterofFax. They shipped quickly and the toner came in good packaging. The price is also lower than other websites.

I've had nothing but good experiences with A Matter of Fax...reasonable prices, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I have done business with the company and was satisfied until I ordered brother HL-7860DW printer. The title didn't clearly say it was re-furbished so I assumed it was new. However a verification email prompted me to ask the question and I was told it is refurbished. I did find the wording in a fine print at the bottom of overview. The order was cancelled promptly and that's why a 4 star rating.

You can't go wrong and save money as well!

The toner cartridge I ordered came quickly and was as described from the web site. The only issue is the packaging was a bit messed up from the shipping process, but the cartridge itself was not damaged because it was wrapped a great deal in bubble wrap. I would definitely buy from them again as long as they keep their prices competitive.
