I ordered my products on 10/22/25 and I still have not received them and No one is answering my emails. This is my 3rd order. The first 2 orders were ok but this one or taking forever and I'm not happy!! You took my payment immediately upon receiving the order but why does it take so long to get the items and no response from my emails. Not a happy customer. Love the product just not the customer service or shipping!!

The tag remover works but takes quite a while to dissolve them. Will continue to use because it far outweighs others I’ve tried.

You never responded to my last 4 or 5 emails. The rubber cap (which I had sent picture's of) was stuck on the bottle, so a 1/2 bottle of product was wasted
